In the cold winter, the clean heating in the north is getting more and more attention. Clean heating is a system work, involving the supply of natural gas, electricity price subsidies, heating equipment transformation and other aspects. From the special supervision to the formulation of the guarantee scheme, for the sake of the blue sky and the warmth, many departments are acting.
From December 15th to 17th, the Ministry of Environmental Protection has carried out special inspections of the "2+26" winter heating support in Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and surrounding areas, to fully understand the progress of heating in winter, and accurately grasp the situation of residential gas and electricity support. Meanwhile, the ten departments of the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Energy Board, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Environmental Protection released the "The plan of the cleaning heating for northern area in 2017 to 2021",to clear the overall plan of the gas source guarantee.
